Introduction
A Waste Water Recycling Plant takes the treated outlet of your ETP or STP and polishes it to a reusable quality — turning a discharge cost into a water asset. Freshwater bills fall, DoE compliance strengthens, and you take a big step toward Zero Liquid Discharge.
What is waste water recycling?
Recycling adds a UF + RO polishing train after your biological treatment. The recovered water — typically 60-80% of the input — is clean enough for cooling towers, boiler make-up, dyeing wash, flushing and floor cleaning.
Where recycled water can be reused
We audit your plant and identify every reuse point. Common targets include:
- Cooling tower make-up
- Boiler feed after further polishing
- Dyeing and washing lines in textile mills
- Flushing and gardening
- Floor and vehicle washing
Why recycle now
Freshwater tariffs, groundwater restrictions and discharge taxes are all rising in Bangladesh. Our recycling systems typically pay back in 18-36 months and are essential groundwork for future ZLD compliance.
